Shipping Policy

How we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on kuycon.us.

1. Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within up to 3 business days after cleared payment. Custom and bulk orders may take longer. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

2. Where we ship

Kuycon monitors are available for international delivery to 45 countries worldwide. We ship to the destinations listed on our Delivery page. If your country is not listed, contact us — we may still be able to arrange delivery. See all destinations →

3. Delivery times

Total delivery time is order processing plus carrier transit. Estimated transit times from dispatch:

• US 2–4 business days
• Canada 3–6 business days

Estimates are in business days and exclude customs clearance, which is outside our control. The estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout.

International transit times vary by destination and by the shipping method you choose — express and economy options differ substantially. The estimate for your address and chosen method is shown at checkout.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before payment, based on your destination and the shipping method you choose. All amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout (USD).

5. Carrier and tracking

Every shipment is tracked and insured. The tracking number is emailed on dispatch and stays available on your order status page. Services by destination:

• United States & Canada: UPS door-to-door
• International Shipping: Air express or road freight, depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose — the service is shown at checkout

One exception: the free Super Economy option to Europe travels with no tracking, no guaranteed door-to-door delivery, and a 90–120 day estimate. It is available on invoice payment only and requires your explicit confirmation at checkout.

6. Duties and taxes

United States & Canada: Delivery is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — Shipping fees already include all customs and taxes — there won't be any extra tariffs or fees on arrival.

International Shipping: For Australia, New Zealand, most European and Asian countries, tax-included shipping (DDP) is available. Please check available options at checkout.

7. Split shipments

Items in one order may be dispatched separately, at no extra shipping cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

8. Risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to your address or collection point. Consumers in the EU, UK and Norway take the risk only on physical possession.

9. Failed or refused delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If a shipment is refused, returned because import taxes, duties or carrier fees were not paid, or not collected within the carrier's deadline, we may cancel the order and refund the item price minus our actual unrecoverable costs (outbound and return freight, storage and handling, and non-refundable customs charges). Evidence of those costs is provided on request.

10. Damage or loss in transit

Inspect your monitor within 48 hours of delivery and report transit damage, a wrong item or a fault in writing within 7 days. We arrange the replacement or refund at our cost; this does not limit your statutory rights. Returns & refunds →
